That is why we are looking for older, experienced legal specialists as well as highly qualified legal specialists with families, talented graduates and young lawyers who are enthusiastic about our projects. The flexibility we offer makes it possible to strike a great balance between your work and personal life. Also, since we have a strong focus on legal tech, we would love to hear from you if you are a legal specialist with a background in tech.
Our answers to your questions
Talented graduates and young lawyers are very welcome and stand to benefit from the varied experience our exciting projects bring – we work in various areas of law, in various industries and with a diverse range of companies. Bridge Legal Group is particularly interested in lawyers with an affinity for legal tech who have some initial experience in this field.
The projects you work on will be varied and can range from 10% to 100% FTE. Our legal specialists decide for themselves how much they work and on what legal basis.
Bridge Legal Group works with the legal teams of SMEs as well as larger companies headquartered in Switzerland. Most companies we work with have an international focus so they mostly use English as their company language.
The projects and work assignments with our clients vary greatly and range from short-term, individual work assignments (providing support on a day-by-day basis) to projects lasting from one month to 12 months.
